OVERVIEW OF EVENT SERVICES
Bartending Service includes bartender(s), a bar, plastic ice tubs, ice, bar utensils, basic garnish, essential glassware, clear plastic cups and cocktail napkins. You provide the alcohol. Our service also includes setting up the bar, icing the beverages two hours prior to the event starting, and cutting any garnishes. The bartenders serve drinks, breakdown the bar and load any extra items into the client’s car. The price for the bartending service ranges from $765 to $1,575 depending on the package selected. We have four packages to select from. See our Bar Service document for more details.
Cold Beverage Services include a wood table or banquet table with a black, white or ivory linen, necessary beverage dispenser(s), clear plastic cups, and ice. The non-alcoholic, cold beverage station is available starting 30 minutes prior to the event start time. The water station is mint or lemon-infused water for $60 and is available through cocktail hour. The beverage station includes fruit-infused water, lemonade, and iced tea and costs $175 through cocktail hour, or $250 for the entire event.

Hot Beverage Services includes hot chocolate or coffee and/or tea, cups, saucers, whip cream, creamer, sugar, and stir sticks. The hot beverage services are set up on the counter in the Tea/Buffet Room. The counter is draped with white, ivory or black linens and the hot drink(s) are set up on the left side, leaving the right side available for dessert/cake to be placed. The hot beverage station opens during dinner time and is monitored until the end of the reception. The hot chocolate station is $150. The coffee station is $185 and tea may be added for an additional $15
Food Handling Service is only available in connection with hiring wait staff. If your caterer is not providing the food for your cocktail hour and/or is only delivering the food for the buffet, then you’ll need this service. The wait staff, which are certified food handlers, will heat, if needed, the appetizers that you provide, plate on serving trays, set up the table and refill as needed. For buffet service, the wait staff will set up all the food in the appropriate serving platters and chafing dishes, serve guests at the buffet line, clean up and break down the buffet at the end of the meal service. The service also includes a kitchen manager, foil pans for heating, silver serving trays with doilies, serving utensils and cocktail napkins. Contact us to discuss your food handling needs and request a quote.

Wait Staff may be hired to complement the caterer you contract, especially if the caterer is not staying to the end of your event or are only focused on managing the buffet. The responsibilities of the wait staff are to serve water at the dining tables and refill as needed, light candles at the dining tables, serve the champagne for the toast, cut and plate the cake (placed on dessert counter for guests to help themselves), bus tables throughout the event and clean up at the conclusion of the event. Wait staff are available for $25/hour per staff for a minimum of 6 hours. Most weddings require staff for 7 or 8 hours, depending on the start time of the event. Contact us to discuss your staffing needs.
